FAQ

  • How soon should I expect my order to ship?

Current lead time: About 2 weeks to ship
    Updated: 14JAN2026

This lead time applies to orders placed on or after January 14 and reflects the current production queue. Orders placed prior to this date are already in progress and will ship sooner as the remaining holiday backlog is completed.

Your order will show a "Pending" status until it ships, but don’t worry—that just means it’s in the queue and being worked on. If you ever have questions, feel free to reach out!

  • What courier is used for international shipping?

I ship international orders using USPS. USPS will hand your package off to your local courier service once it reaches your country (for example, Canada Post, Deutsche Post, Royal Mail, etc.).

  • Help! How do I...?

No worries! We're here to help with your purchase! Please feel free to reach out to us at support at support@blackbirdcontrols.com

All emails are answered within one business day, often much sooner, Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Emails received over the weekend will be answered on the following Monday

  • I contacted support but haven’t received a response—what should I do?

I respond to all emails Monday through Friday, typically within 24 hours. If you haven’t seen a reply, please check your spam or junk folder first—email filters occasionally misclassify legitimate business responses.

If you still don’t see a reply, mistakes do happen. You’re welcome to send a follow-up email, and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

  • I haven’t received an email confirmation for my order, but I have the order number—what should I do?

Your order number is your confirmation, and I see every order that comes through. If you haven’t received a separate confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder—automated emails are sometimes filtered incorrectly.

You may also notice your order status showing as “Pending” in the system. This simply means the order is pending fulfillment and in the production queue. It does not indicate a problem with your order, and no action is needed on your end.
